Our refund and returns policy applies for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

As our services focus on digital products such as website design, digital product sales, product cover designs, logo and branding design, and catalog design, please note the following conditions:

Non-refundable services and products:

– Digital products and downloadable content cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.
– Custom design services, including logo and branding, are non-refundable once work has commenced.

To request a refund for a digital service, proof of purchase and details of your issue are required.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted:
– If only part of the service was provided
– Minor errors or corrections in final deliverables
– Any digital product not accessed or downloaded within 30 days

Refunds

Once we receive your request and assess eligibility, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds
